Forrest B. Johnson

I want the start by saying that i met Forest B. Johnson during an accident that he himself had been in he refferred me to his office when i told him about an accident i was just in the day before. Trusting him, i decided to contact his office the next day. From that day forward things were terrible.... Communication was HORRIBLE. I informed them that i had never dealt with this so i would like to be updated on what is happening with my case every two weeks, NOPE! They NEVER did it. They NEVER called me first and only sent me one email per MY request. After being so shocked that they were this unprofessional, i began to request to speak with Mr.Johnson several times, that NEVER happened. They would tell me that they would leave the message for him but instead i would get a call from my paralegal not giving me any answers. They randomly removed themselves from my case without updating me by phone or mail. Instead, i received a call from my chiropractor that was very confused on why they had received a letter stating that Forest B. Johnson was no longer representing me and i was completed cluess. Later to find out that they had actually sent the letter to my grandmothers house, which was not even listed as my mailing address but only the address on my license. I must say that this was a terrible experience and i was very disappointed to know that Forest B. Johnson and associates worked so unprofessionally since i had met Mr.Johnson himself and he seemed very professional. Again, i wouldn’t refer anyone to them. I begged to be updated and still was never updated, now i have unpaid chiropractor bills due to this firm. Terrible experience.
