In my opinion, you should avoid Mr. Kodish for IP litigation. Many times I was presented with briefs to review and edit that were due that very day or the next. Updates on the litigation's progress were often lacking. He disappeared on vacation during the middle of the litigation. It seemed that very... little regard was given to saving costs/expenses. IP litigation is very expensive and there are better options.
