I am the founder of Pulver Law and my practice covers a broad cross-section of federal, state, and local tax matters and includes the representation of taxpayers in tax controversies as well as tax planning. I advise clients on numerous tax credit and alternative energy transactions, real estate transactions, joint ventures, partnerships, and restructurings. I also advise sponsors of, and investors in, all types of private investment vehicles.
