Mr. Raymond
Being arrested and charged with a DUI is a serious offense, I refused to take the test and called mr Lail and he was able to prove I wasnt drunk. The judge was nice and I was so happy with the results. Mr Lail is an expert in his DUI practice. He knows what he is doing.
