Naseam Saboura Jabberi

Naseam Jabberi brings a unique advantage to federal employment law because she has seen the legal process from both sides. Before joining Southworth PC, she served as an attorney for the U.S. Department of Commerce. In that role, she litigated cases and advised management on workplace compliance, which gave her a firsthand look at how federal agencies evaluate and respond to employee claims. This "insider" knowledge is a powerful tool now that she focuses on representing federal employees in EEOC and MSPB disputes. Naseam also has deep experience in complex private practice litigation, including sensitive work representing survivors of childhood abuse in both state and federal courts. She earned her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she received the Law Faculty Award for her graduating class. Today, she uses her extensive background to help federal workers protect their careers and secure the best possible results. When she isn’t advocating for her clients, Naseam loves heading outdoors with her two dogs, Olive and Okie.
