Michael Awni Boutros

I handle a wide variety of business litigation in the areas of accountant liability, business torts, appeals, contract, copyright and trademark protection, corporate governance, and trade secrets.

After graduating from New York University School of Law, I worked for two years with Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in both the litigation and corporate departments, volunteered in Montpellier, France in a children’s hospital assisting in recreational and educational activities, then went on to clerk for the Honorable William S. Duffey, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
