With a career spanning 35 years, Mark has served in the Air Force, managed retail regions for Target, and reached the highest levels of federal service. His impressive resume includes serving as the CFO for the Department of Veterans Affairs and a Program Director for the EEOC. This unique background gives him an incredible advantage when representing federal employees today; he knows how these agencies think, how they budget, and how they operate. Now at Southworth PC, Mark focuses on litigation before the EEOC and MSPB, bringing a steady, experienced hand to every case. He holds a law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and several degrees in security and financial management. A native of North Carolina, Mark is a dedicated family man living in La Plata, Maryland.
