Biography
Ms. Grippa concentrates her practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, including business, financial services, commercial real estate, and construction. She has both prosecuted and defended business litigation cases involving contentions ranging from breach of contract to fraud, deceptive trade practices, civil RICO, fraudulent conveyances, breach of fiduciary duty, professional malpractice, and other business torts. She has extensive experience helping clients resolve a vast range of business disputes as lead counsel in numerous trials, appeals, arbitrations, and mediations. She has conducted corporate and governmental investigations and represents the Receiver of a number of failed financial institutions in connection with multi-million dollar commercial disputes as well as professional liability investigations, director and officer litigation, and fidelity bond litigation.
Ms. Grippa has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer Rising Star for the last 6 consecutive years. She has also been recognized in Atlanta magazine for being one of “The Top Women Attorneys in Georgia.”
