Eugene P. Chambers III

Attorney Eugene "Pete" Chambers, III is the founding partner of Chambers Family Law in Atlanta, Georgia, which has exclusively focused on family law for 38 years. Known for his genuine devotion to his clients' well being, Mr. Chambers has combined his legal knowledge with his personal experience as a divorce client to achieve long-standing success.

Mr. Chambers began practicing law in 1985 and in addition to the state of Georgia, he is licensed to practice law in the Georgia Supreme Court and the 11th Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals.

During his time practicing law, Mr. Chambers has skillfully handled complex and challenging family law cases, including those involving high net worth estates, intricate financial structures, and contentious custody disputes. He has represented local celebrities, Grammy-nominated recording artists, and professional athletes. His drive, accomplishments, and success have led to him to earn an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell and be named a Top Atlanta Family Law Attorney by Southern Seasons Magazine.

Active in the legal community, Mr. Chambers is a member of the American Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, and Atlanta Bar Association. As well, he served as a Master from 2005 to 2015 for the Charles Weltner Inn of Court. Mr. Chambers has spoken at numerous CLE seminars on topics ranging from the Disease of Addiction in Family Law and Middle Income Divorce to Convocation on Professionalism in Family Law and Family Law for the General Practitioner.

Mr. Chambers has a love for his community and in his free time he has served on the Board of Trustees for the Peachtree Presbyterian Preschool, acted as Co-Chairman for the Ushering Ministry at First Presbyterian Church, and participated in the Worship Council and served as an Elder for the Session for First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta.
