I retained Crystal in May for a flat rate of $5000, which she told me in the consult that she would not even use all of it. However, she would keep the remainder as she does not give refunds. I fired the following August due to dismissive attitude and dissatisfaction of service. She was late to our ...initial consult phone meeting. I had to call and remind her dad that we had a 5:00 meeting. She was late to our day before court date phone meeting, again I had to call and remind her assistant we had a meeting. Which my court date, July 19, was so imperative to me got cancelled because she had another court same day. I saw the letter she sent to the courts, I was at the bottom of her list of priority. She did not retain any personal information I gave her about my situation; I had to repeat myself. She did not file an emergency hearing when she said she did. I asked for a proof of the file as it was very important to me. I filled out an affidavit and went to get it notarized. She said she file it, I asked for proof. It was never filed as she filed it the following Monday.

I hired Crystal in January and after 4 months, she had yet to reach the opposing counsel other than trading a few emails. When I dismissed Crystal, she kept my retainer although she charges by the hour. My new attorney was able to reach the opposing counsel and schedule a court date before I drove ho...me from his office. Based on this, I would definitely not recommend Crystal. She is all talk and no action.

just now-Edit I really considered not writing this review as I am a firm believer that karma always does its job no matter how delayed. That said, everyone makes mistakes; however how she handled hers was appalling and ended up costing me a lot more. Requested communication continuously ignored whi...ch led to a bigger issue(one example, one of my first important updates was realized by me through an invoice she sent) , unapologetic and admitted wrong advice, lack of empathy(at one point I had to ask her if she had any children as it didn't sound like she did), unapologetic tardiness... I communicated my concerns and she ended up twisting information that should have been used in my defense against me. The alarming part was the information she was trying to use to defend herself also proved she wasn't paying adequate attention to the information she had been sent. Of course, billing was accounted for for going through the information. An Absolutely unbelievable experience. I will be glad to elaborate as her negative reviews are met with the claim of fake accounts, I experienced what those "fake" accounts claimed, unfortunately. Crystal, as I mentioned to you, you do not run an Ice cream shop. You are trivializing matters that affect fathers, mothers and children currently and for years to come.

I'm reading all these reviews, except one seems to be honest! I didn't experience OUTSTANDING service. I don't feel like she knew as much a thought going in. I had to remind her a few times about what was going on with my case (fyi " always update yourself before speaking to your client") I am so di...sappointed to say the lease
