Crystal was a tremendous help. I could not have started this process without her. We sat in her office for over 2 hours while she carefully went through everything line by line and explained everything to me and asked what I would like as well. When finished, she then explained my next steps and had ...a notary public there to notarize it all on the spot. Every time I emailed her with a question, she was quick to respond and was extremely helpful.
