The best of the best

Brian is a fighter, the true King of Criminal Defense. Brian is a legend in the field, full of honesty, integrity, and most of all, straight forward.

Did everything he could for my best friend !

Brian represented my closest friend in a criminal case where if convicted of her charges she could have faced 15 years in prison. Through vigorous investigation he found evidence that basically exonerated her . Brian shared everything with the prosecutor assigned to her case and convinced her to... significantly lessen the charges . In the end my friend plead guilty to a misdemeanour and was not sentenced to any period of incarceration. I was busy the visiting my friends when these developments were unfolding and met Brian at his office with my friend. He seemed to be the most dedicated, professional and actually genuinely caring lawyer I have ever met.

Because of Brian

Because of Brian I am a free man. If i would have had Brian as a trial lawyer i know i would have never been convicted in the first place Because he was my appeals lawyer, hard working, encouraging and genuine. I am a free man. I have a wonderful son, an amazing life and a great friend who gave m...e a hundred percent until I got home. He is my friend, worth more than I could ever repay.

Brian Steel has skill and integrity

Consult, hire, collaborate on your case with Brian Steel and he'll give you the best possible representation available, ime. He won't hold your hand. He won't understand your internal struggle. HIS job is to gather, organize and present evidence in competent fashion and he won't know what that i...s until he understands all the facts. It takes a while. There's a process. You'll have good days and bad days. Try to check your Nervous System at the door. Maybe take up yoga breathing, bc healthy coping strategies are important, ime Mr Steel's strengths are hiring good people, understanding how the system works, accepting that bitter truth and doing everything within legal parameters to bring about the best possible (fair) outcome. In fact, during jury deliberation Mr. steel might tell you "juries get it right most if the time." Take that as you will. Again, he's not there to hold your hand. Mr. steel won't auto-trust everything you say, so adjust expectations before meeting him. Acceptance is your friend. Some Prosecutors hide exculpatory evidence. Some don't. Steel says this with a shrug. I'm paraphrasing here, but you can't afford to lose your mind over that detail. Again, acceptance is your friend. IME, the really sharp attorneys, civil and criminal, require corroboration and evidence to prove/validate your case and they're not there to make you feel safe or good or.....believed. Mr. steel isn't playing at this. He's fully committed. He's a decent human being and your lucky if he's on your team, ime.

Criminal Defense at a high level

Brian Steel represented me very favorably in 2008 in a criminal case. He practices exclusively in the area of criminal defense. I did a lot of legal research before I selected him and found that he has by far more cases each year in front of the Georgia Supreme Court and Court of Appeals that any oth...er criminal defense lawyer in Georgia. When I discussed my case and other precedent legal cases affecting mine with him before hiring him, he knew the case law that would help me better than anyone else I interviewed.
