Hashim Raza

Hashim Raza is the founding attorney of Raza Bankruptcy Group, an Atlanta firm focused on bankruptcy law for individuals, families, and small businesses throughout metro Atlanta.

Mr. Raza's clients come to him at difficult moments: wage garnishments, foreclosure notices, vehicle repossessions, and debt that has grown beyond what any payment plan can resolve. He believes the most valuable thing a bankruptcy attorney can offer is a clear answer early. In the first consultation he tells each client whether they qualify, which chapter fits their situation, what they will keep, and what the process will cost, and he tells them candidly when bankruptcy is not the right solution.

Mr. Raza personally handles every case the firm accepts, from the initial consultation through discharge. The firm works on flat fees with no hourly billing, offers $0-down options for qualifying clients, and has built its process so that consultations, signing, and document collection can all be completed from a client's phone. Mr. Raza earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Indiana University. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
