Joya Tondelaya Fortson Davis

Joya has over a decade of legal experience which began as a legal assistant in the United States Attorney's office. She has worked in several different areas including Immigration, Personal Injury, Criminal, and Family Law. After graduating from law school, she has devoted the majority of her practice to serving families who are in transistional periods such as divorce, adoption, and the process of using assisted reproduction technology to grow their family. She also works in the juvenile courts with parents and youth who have entered the system.

Joya is the proud mother of one biological child and one adopted child. She is passionate about helping families through difficult transistions and offers both compassionate and highly skilled legal assistance to her clients.
