I started my case with another lawyer but he was too busy to continue so they passed it off to Norman and he took over. They were many obstacles in the way such as the server being threatened with a shotgun when he went out to the house of the person who ran into me. It took 18 months but we finally... got the case settled. Norman was nice enough to handle everything on the phone with me so the only time I had to go into the office was to actually pick up the settlement check. This made it much easier for me since it took so long to settle.
