Benjamin Downey Chastain

I was having issues with an insurance company. Many attorneys wouldnt help me because this particular insurance company is very large and known across the US. Mr. Chastain responsed very quickly to my email and did not hesitate jumping into things. He asked very appropriate questions and was extremel...y upfront wih me. He never talked about compensation, he only wanted to get a basis things between the insurance company and I and how he would take the next step. Since the Insurance Commissioner was involved, he explained to me his hands were tied until I received more information from the Insurance Commissioner. I never had to email/call and ask "Are you still looking into things", or "Have you heard anything yet". He kept me informed day to day and seemed to be on my side. I would definitely recommend Mr. Chastain to anyone.
