I contacted Mr Zucker's firm for a consultation regarding an ADR matter. I expected to hear back from a paralegal or assistant. Surprisingly, I received an email from Mr Zucker advising he would reach out to me later in the day. As promised he telephoned me and listened. He took the time to reco...mmend options and gave me some very good guidance. Even though we both agreed his firm was not the correct fit for my needs he did not rush me off the phone.
