If the LLC is dissolved why do you need to "clear" the debt? The LLC won't get a discharge.
Does a mortgage company need a reaffirmation letter if the mortgage was never included in a chapter 7 bankruptcy ?

You misunderstand -- all your debts were "included" in your case. If you did not list them all in your schedules, you committed a crime.
