Truman Leon Tinsley IV

Mr. Tinsley has worked with hospitals, long-term care facilities and physician practices, dealing with regulatory and operational issues, civil litigation, and governmental and internal investigations.

With regard to regulatory and operational issues, Mr. Tinsley has advised clients regarding issues such as the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), state specific laws and regulations, and self-reporting requirements. Mr. Tinsley's practice also includes representing health care facilities and individuals accused of health care fraud and assisting and advising health care organizations on corporate governance and compliance matters.

In addition, Mr. Tinsley's practice includes civil litigation. He has successfully represented hospitals, long-term care facilities and physician practices in complex litigation matters, including the defense of qui tam claims. Mr. Tinsley has successfully represented health care providers in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels.
