Paul Roman

Mr. Roman was recommended to me by a friend. My friend had previously been facing many years in prison due to having made a terrible, terrible decision. Though it was a difficult case, Mr. Roman was able to get it resolved with no jail time. Based on my friend's recommendation, I decided that I woul...d retain Mr. Roman for my own case in Atlanta. The county has a huge backlog of cases, and it took over two years to get a court date. Mr. Roman was extremely helpful from the start, and he set me on a specific course of action that, after finally making it to court two years later, put us in a much better position for a favorable outcome. Mr. Roman and his staff were incredibly responsive to e-mails and were patient with my questions, of which there were many. Ultimately, my case was resolved with the best possible outcome for me, and I have Mr. Roman to thank for that. He was very unprofessional during my case I was informed last minute on my court date I was at work when I got a call from Paul asking me where are you at ? I wasn't informed of my court date and during the call he was already in court for my case . I've spoken with my good frien which is a lawyer to... review my case and basically my case was sopose to be dropped to a misdemeanor as well as he said I wasted my first offender due to the fact that I would of gotten 3 years probation regardless of the lawyer which is Paul .. He also stated that Paul really winged my case and didn't work on it like a good lawyer would of which is why he suggested i plea first offender .. This lawyer might be for some but not all cases I would not recommend him to any friends or family
