Nathan Alan Kratzert

Before joining CEO Lawyer, Nathan Kratzert spent the early part of his career as an Assistant District Attorney handling complex prosecutions in Georgia Superior Courts. He also had the opportunity to work in juvenile and accountability courts, supporting at-risk youth and people navigating addiction, which gave him a deeper understanding of how legal problems affect entire families. In addition, he developed strong appellate skills and achieved numerous favorable decisions in Georgia’s appellate courts. Today, Nathan uses that same courtroom and appellate experience to represent injured victims and pursue accountability when negligence causes serious harm. He believes results come from preparation, integrity, and persistence, and his approach has contributed to recoveries in the hundreds of millions of dollars for clients. Nathan is excited to be part of the CEO Lawyer team and take seriously the responsibility clients place in himself. He values the foundation the firm has built and remains committed to serving clients with clear communication, compassion, and follow-through. Nathan's personal motto is “do what’s right, not what’s easy” and it guides how he practices every day. When Nathan is not working, you’ll likely find him playing sports, working out, or spending time with his wife and their four kids.
