Michael Russ is very professional and thorough! The best lawyer that I have seen in a long time. He does exactly what he says that he’s gonna do for you. He responded to all my emails, texts and phone calls. He answered all the questions that me and my wife had. It is with great delight that I leave this review. Mr. Russ began to represent me in December and I sent him paperwork regarding my claim. I sent him so much paper work and I know he read every word. I settled my claim with him as my attorney early February. He addressed my every concern and made su...re it was placed in the settlement agreement. He was always very kind, patient and extremely respectful. I had prior counsel and oh what a difference Mr. Russ as my attorney made! He never argued with me but gave me his true professional opinion and I fully trusted him. I knew he had my best interest at heart and I didn't have to worry at all. I highly recommend Mr. Russ and I am forever grateful for the service he provided me.

Prior to acquiring the legal services of the Russ Firm, I was on law firm #4; essentially, I was dealing with negligence I assumed people got fired for. Unfortunately, I accepted this outcome as I developed the thought of my income, lack of notoriety, and/or case not being worth the time to these fir...ms. The quality of service I received from my former lawyers was consistent enough for my thought to feel valid. I lost all faith in recovering what was lost - my income, my double bass, and money used to treat multiple acute disc herniations - from 3 not-at-fault car accidents. These firms ranged from those of prominence - empirically and solely based on ads - to personal recommendations. This man... Michael Russ... Completely restored my faith and eased my anxieties. During my consultation with Michael, and relative to previous consultation sessions from my former lawyers, he gave me a realistic and concise overview of what to expect and what was needed in order to proceed with the 1st accident. As a freelancer and gig worker who takes performance gigs for high profile events or content creation, I was relieved when he asked me to send him recent email and text feeds detailing the gig specifications. It was very calming that he had a solution to negotiate around freelancing and gig work as our income is not considered "consistent" income. He initiated conversations via email and phone to probe me to see if I had any more valid and tangible information to help with the case, including getting a second opinion from another physician. Once the demand was sent, he did not rest on it. I received calls and emails throughout the week (and on weekends!) with updates. These updates included the following: (1) call attempts to the medical facility to negotiate the price down; (2) call attempts to the insurance company to negotiate around their low ball offer "negotiated" by my former lawyer; (3) material and information that he found or that I need to send; (4) settlement distribution protocols; and, (5) call attempts to negotiate the lien award amount to my previous lawyer's firm. I could not appreciate this more. Even if nothing was progressing with the case during negotiation talks, it was comforting to receive a call/email from Michael with an update that attempts were made. I found the outcome of my first case very hilarious, actually - Michael closed my case, tripled my net take of the initial settlement offer while increasing the initial gross settlement offer by approximately 61%, and settled the lien dispute with my former law firm all before said law firm sent the dismissal letters for other 2 accidents. With all of this, I am very confident that my next two cases will have similar outcomes; and I hold that confidence towards anyone reading this who needs a lawyer that cares and is not looking for a manipulative payday.

Mike is an incredible attorney! After spending 23 years with my employer, I found myself in a situation where I felt a wrongful termination was occurring. After the free consultation with Mike, he agreed to take the case and was fair and realistic about the fight ahead. Nonetheless, he dug his heels ...in and feverishly worked on the case that resulted in an outcome far beyond my imagination.
