WORLD CLASS EXCELLENCE!!!

My daughter was in a horrific car accident in February of this year. She suffered a dislocated and broken hip along with burns to her face from the deployment of the airbags. She spent ten days in the hospital and is still on her journey to recovery. Cristal Brea, is the epitome of EXCELLENCE!!! ...From the very first encounter she showed so much compassion and empathy that we felt as if we were family members. You do not see that often anymore. She stayed in constant contact keeping us updated on my daughter’s case. She made sure we understood what next steps were being taken to ensure that my daughter was fairly compensated for her injuries. She put the work in and got my child a settlement that she was elated about! There aren’t enough kind words in our vocabulary to express our gratitude to Cristal! Cristal is a stellar employee and deserves every great opportunity that comes her way! She is our “Angel” because she was heaven sent to us. Oh, did I mention that my daughter got her settlement in less than two months?? I can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge! Everything she told us was spot on!! We love you, Cristal!!!! You all are blessed to have such an exemplary employee on your team!!

Worst Legal Decision I Have Made

Choosing this law firm has been a huge mistake. I hired Morgan & Morgan 1.5 years ago. I was assigned Evan Rosenberg as my attorney. I have experienced nothing but frustration with this firm/lawyer, from day one. Poor Communication I have been assigned FIVE case workers over the 1.5 years wit...h Mr. Rosenberg. Each of them calls to introduce themselves, apologizes for the poor communication on my case from the past worker, makes promises that they are better - then they disappear. You have to chase with phone calls and emails for days/weeks before you get a response. A manager at the firm sent me an email stating that I needed to communicate through the client portal. Why can't I speak with a live person about my case? After a year of this I went to Mr. Rosenberg, directly. He was "smooth", claiming to have given me his personal phone number, agreeing that things were being mishandled, claiming they would do better - then, he vanished like a ghost. When I called him a month later, using the number he gave me, he responded with a text asking if I was a client. I confirmed and gave him my name. To this day he has not responded. High Contingency Fee Injury law firms charge contingent fees of 33 1/3 % to 40% of recovery. My small case is being charged 40%. Mr Rosenberg, in the ONE conversation that I had with him, stated that he was going "to see if" he could reduce the fee due to the mismanagement of my case by case workers. When I spoke to one of the case workers a month later she wanted me to prove that he said it. She asked if I had it in writing. Of course I didn't, and she knew that. However, THE NEXT case worker stated that she would "see if" she could have the rate reduced. Still today, 1.5 years later, I have no confirmation on what my rate is. Poor Quality Work I hired Morgan & Morgan, with Evan Rosenberg leading the case, in July of 2022. Between the time that I hired the firm and the time that anything was sent to the defendant, was close to a year. They move only AFTER I forwarded an e-mail from my insurance carrier stating they were going to the defendant for subrogation. They had asked for my medical bills for months. I had called case workers requesting that they address this. NOTHING. Even when I sent my policy to the case worker, it was ignored. The defendant's insurance company almost immediately settled and forwarded a check to Morgan & Morgan. When the case worker called to inform me that a check was received I asked about my insurance company paying the remaining medical bills. The case worker was clueless about my insurance. She stated that she would get back to me. I never heard from her. I was assigned ANOTHER case worker who is NOW pursing my insurance. Very sloppy work. Questionable Behaviors While Mr. Rosenberg did not behave negatively in ALL of my experiences, he is responsible for his staff. "Water flows downward." If the behavior is accepted from the top, all stops below will behave the same. I have always been respectful in my communications with Mr. Rosenberg and his staff. My experience with them, however, hasn't been the same. - Mr. Rosenberg offering his personal phone number, then dismissing my call a month later. - Case workers being argumentative and speaking over me. - Case worker lying about sending preliminary payment - I never received it. It has been 1.5 years ON A SMALL CASE, and still, no resolution. My suggestion to people seeking an injury lawyer is - DON'T go to Morgan & Morgan. Their mantra about being "for the people" is a lie. I can't speak for all the lawyers at the firm, but the one that I was assigned (Evan Rosenberg) has been horrible. There are many lawyers out there.Skip over this firm and DON'T ACCEPT THIS LAWYER.

An Amazing Attorney

I was seriously injured in a Auto accident in June 22. After unsatisfactory conversation with the other at fault driver’s insurance company I contacted Morgan & Morgan to discuss legal representation. Evan Rosenberg was assigned to my case. During my initial in person consultation with Evan my intu...ition told me I had been led to the right person to help me. Evan is by far one of the smartest, kindest, human beings on the planet. He listens and has empathy for your situation. Through the whole process, which has now concluded, I couldn’t have been happier with the results thanks to Evan. He is a asset to Morgan & Morgan. I appreciate his tenacity and attention to detail. A 10+ experience in my book!

Horrific Experience PLEASE READ IF THINKING ABOUT HIRING

I hired Evan, but was quickly transferred to his “friend” and while he was cc’d on all communication between John OBryant and myself, he only responded with quick “we’re all on the same side here” notes but never trying to rectify any issues after me stating numerous times, I was unhappy with the way... JO spoke to me and threatened me and lied to me. Because I have already been warned that if I leave reviews that action will be taken, I’m going to be incredibly careful as to not say anything that I am unable to prove, which will be rather difficult because in August when I has requested my file for the 6th time with still no response, I finally was sent a zip file from an employee that I had never corresponded with but after two previous tries of my system denying access, I finally was able to open the zip, I opened page by page, and two days later I realized I had no longer any text messages between any of the attorneys but had my others, I no longer had emails from M and m sent or inbox and when I went to recover the emails at least when I downloaded the recovery app, my laptop was permanently disabled and have not been able to turn on since, these are just factual events and not stating any fault just time line. I felt for the longest time my case was being drug out and due to me feeling that mr O was abusive towards me, and because equipment was being delivered to my home, and no one would help me figure out where it came from, and was told for the 100th time that it wasn’t JOs job to figure it out, I tried several times to move lawfirms and after initial excitement for my case they’d call m n m, and I’d get told they didn’t want to steal a case from them and when I would beg and plead to be sent back to the Atlanta Morgan and Morgan I was denied. Evan never would speak to me regarding the proven mistruths I was told or allow me to go somewhere I was comfortable. After not getting any medical assistance and absolutely begging his employee to help me figure out why and multiple times told that wasn’t his job, and being denied to move law firms, I finally gave Evan a one star, and with that I was able to get the MRIs I desperately needed. From that moment forward even after removing the one star review knocking him from super lawyer status, my case went from bad to worse. There are multiple mistakes on the law suite that is filed and he never addressed those things, but he did move my case to a lawyer whom had worked for the defense side for 6 years prior but had zero social media or avvo profile, and this attorney encouraged me to lie at my deposition, and drug his feet even slower including not investigating the truck or it’s driver and told me they’d go by what was sent when I sent multiple evidences as to why they should not just go by what the defense tells them, but that JO has also stated how the accident happened in the law suite wrong and the wrong company was being sued, none of this did Evan ever address or fix, but he did allow his employees to drag my at fault truck accident case out until no other attorneys will look at it because or statue of limitations when they finally released me. His law firm is privately owned as of October of 2021 by Evan and for me and my case, a “slam dunk” resulted in defense knowing information only my attorney knew WAY to early no discovery had even taken place , 2am phone calls that sounded intoxicated from JO about changing my life to the next day him acting as if he didn’t know what I was talking about, to my 18 wheeler truck driver at fault, red flags on driver sent , truck company assumed liability to no attorney touching because of the absolute mess the law suite whom missed multiple steps such as a demand, being an absolute nightmare and 6 months not being enough time to close the case before statue or limitations is out and then waiting until now to release my case at all. This has been the hardest most difficult time or my life and if you are considering hiring him, dont! :(
