Candace Lanette Sneed

Located Attorney Sneed from an attorney referral website dur 2019 for a wrongful auto representation. From the start she seemed to understand the issues involved with the matter. However this was short lived rather quickly. Apparently, she took measures to negotiate over payments claimed missing. Her... interests in pursuing this matter waned further and it became difficult reaching and communicating with her, she was unavailable for posted office hours. Then discovering her license was invalid on 08/26/2019 SUPREME COURT OF GEORGIA, Case No. S20Y0211. I requested refund of legal fees which have never been refunded. I suffered further harm with my legal matter which is currently ongoing. Summarizing my comment with one word: INCOMPETENT***

I had great results with Attorney Sneed. I hired her to assist my cousin with a serious criminal matter which occurred on Black Friday. We were worried that we wouldn’t find an attorney over the holidays but Ms. Sneed went to work immediately and even visited my family member while in custody to re...assure her that the matter would be handled. My family member was released on bond within a couple of days and Ms. Sneed successfully negotiated a resolution that exceeded our expectations as the plea taken would not prevent my family member from obtaining a good job in the future. We are thankful and would not hesitate to use her services in the future.

During our first meeting Attorney Sneed was attentive and seemed completely capable of handling my case. After I submitted payment, Attorney Sneed was unprofessional and hard to reach. Any information I gained from her came after multiple emails and requests. When she did respond there was usually a ...tone of annoyance. One such email was so rude that Attorney Sneed actually called afterwards to apologize. Aside from our initial meeting, I did not feel as though Attorney Sneed was an advocate for me or particularly concerned. The one time I did get her on the phone the call was dropped on her end. I called back multiple times, text and emailed. This occurred on a Saturday and I did not speak with her again until she arrived to court late on Monday. I felt we were unprepared and found it embarrassing for the judge to ask me to step out in the hall to call my attorney and learn when she’d arrive. I was seeking assistance with a stressful situation and I sincerely feel as though the added stress of an absentee and ineffective attorney made things worse. I debated leaving this review because I realize how it may impact her practice and was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt that the subpar representation I received was not typical. Upon reading additional reviews describing the same service I received, I felt it necessary to share my experience. She may be capable of being a good attorney but the severe lack of professionalism, communication and follow through drastically overshadow that.

I hired attorney Sneed after she was recommended to me. I needed someone quickly as I had a hearing coming up within the week. Ms. Sneed represented me with confidence and success with short notice. Directly after the hearing she presented the ongoing plan to bring my issue to a resolve. I am pleased... to work with such a thorough professional.

She came recommended by a friend who is also a attorney & I must say I don’t regret the decision at all! Facing a eviction and the headache of trying to get my ex apartment complex to comply with my request to fix a mold invested apartment. I consulted with ms sneed and she didn’t sugar coat anything... and was very transparent in the process which I appreciate considering it was my first time seeking counsel. None the less my case she got my case dismissed and I was able to walk away from the lease after 2 months of not paying rent. I highly recommend her!
