Client had an ongoing feud with a relative. That relative took out a restraining order against my client. At the same time he was sending my client letters demanding payment for rent that he claimed ... he was owed. When my client responded he was charged with Felony Aggravated Stalking for violating the court's restraining order prohibiting any contact. Negotiated down from Felony charges and 5 years of probation to a misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct and 12 months of probation with no other fines or conditions
