Brandon brings a distinct advantage to his legal practice through his background as a CPA with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. This financial acumen informs his commercial real estate practice, where he advises developers, investors, and owners throughout the full lifecycle of commercial property transactions — including acquisition, development, leasing, financing, and disposition.

Brandon counsels clients on the formation, implementation, and governance of project-specific entities and joint ventures, ensuring the legal structure aligns with their strategic and financial goals. He also represents commercial lenders and financial institutions in connection with real estate financing and routinely handles transactions within the multifamily housing and community banking sectors.

Complementary to his real estate work, Brandon advises businesses and investors on a wide range of corporate transactions, with particular experience in raising capital. He regularly assists with Regulation D private placements and the preparation of related offering documents, including private placement memoranda.
