Andrea Lynn Pawlak

Andrea is a seasoned litigator who is as comfortable in a courtroom as she is working toward the resolution of a case. For twenty years, Andrea's clients have relied on her pragmatic and detail-oriented approach to successfully resolve their most sensitive and complicated issues.

Andrea represents clients in high-stakes commercial disputes across a range of jurisdictions. Known for her strategic mindset and disciplined approach, she excels at analyzing complex problems and crafting practical, results-driven solutions. Andrea's experience spans summary judgment victories, successful hearings, trials, and appeals—demonstrating a proven ability to advocate effectively in any forum. She brings intellectual rigor and versatility to every matter she handles.

In addition to her commercial litigation work, Andrea maintains an active family law practice. She advises clients on a wide range of domestic matters, including divorce, child custody, support, and the negotiation and litigation of prenuptial agreements. Andrea understands the sensitive and highly personal nature of these cases and approaches each matter with discretion, empathy, and a steady focus on achieving favorable and constructive outcomes.

Andrea began her legal career in environmental law and, while she has narrowed her focus in that area, she continues to advise on environmental matters as they intersect with commercial real estate transactions. She also handles erosion and sedimentation cases governed by federal and state regulations.

Andrea has received several key industry awards and accolades, including being recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters for the past four years and as a Georgia Super Lawyer Rising Star for the 12 years prior.
