Late- callous
Catherine baity is continuously hard to get ahold of. As a client, I expect her to be on time for her appointments, typically, she is 15 minutes late. Her callous demeanor when dealing with my loved ones will was shocking beyond belief. Should also note, this is a maskless free establishment.
