Mysti Nicolle Ramsey

I have exclusively practiced criminal law since 2005.  I have a thorough understanding of criminal law and the court process.  I have been lead counsel in over 100 criminal jury and bench trials, as well as first appearance/preliminary hearings, arraignments, and motion to suppress hearings.  My extensive experience has made me into a highly skilled trial attorney and these skills are proven by my impressive track record of success. I have represented clients on a wide range of criminal cases.  My representation has resulted in numerous dismissals prior to trial and acquittals on behalf of my clients.  

I graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. During law school, I received seven Certificates of Merit in Civil Procedure I and II, Torts II, Wills, Trusts, & Estates, Federal Administrative Law, Law Practice, and Advanced Writing.  I was an Honors Scholarship recipient and was nominated for the Distinguished Student Award and Outstanding Student for Clinical Legal Education Association Award.  During law school, I interned for over a year in the Thomas M. Cooley Innocence Project, which is dedicated to exonerating wrongfully convicted people through DNA testing and reforming the criminal justice system to prevent future injustice.
