Warren Kevin Snyder

W. Kevin Snyder is a founding partner of Lacy & Snyder LLP. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy, business litigation, creditor and debtor rights, landlord-tenant rights and personal injury.

Mr. Snyder served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dudley H. Bowen, Jr., Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. His legal experience varies from large corporate bankruptcies, complex bank fraud, billion dollar pollution suits to smaller business contract disputes.

Prior to law school, Mr. Snyder served on active duty in the United States Army from 1990-1994. He was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the Aviation branch as a helicopter pilot. He graduated from the Aviation Officer Basic Course, the Initial Entry Wing Rotary Course (Flight School, second in his class); Air Assault School, and the Arctic Light Warfare Training School.

He is the recipient of the Carnegie Medal, the Nation's highest civilian medal for heroism and the Georgia State Patrol Citizen's Valor Award.

While in law school, Mr. Snyder was an editor of the Law Review and authored The Administrative Driver's License Suspension for Those Under Twenty-One: An Analysis of Section , Florida Statues, at 24 Fla. St. U. L. Rev. 1011 (1997).

While in undergrad, Mr. Snyder was a member of the Delta Sigma Phi fraternity and obtained his degree from the College of Engineering in Aviation Management.

He is admitted before all Georgia state trial and appellate courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida.

Mr. Snyder is the immediate past President of the Fayette County Bar Association and a Fellow of the Lawyer's Foundation of Georgia. He is very active in his church and has recently served as President of the Peachtree City United Methodist Men.
