Joseph Domenic Greco II

Nic Greco is the founding principal of the Greco Law Firm, Inc. Prior to starting the Greco Law Firm, Inc., Mr. Greco served as an equity partner and CIO for a $70 million in sales wholesale business printer with corporate offices in the Atlanta, GA metro area. Mr. Greco was responsible for all facets of IT operations as well as creation of the organization's e-Commerce strategies in his 7 years of 1994 to 1998, Mr. Greco served as an executive team member of his father's printing company specializing in printed product distribution and variable data printing in 33 locations in 13 states. Mr. Greco helped launch a new division of the company as well as implementing the company's first wide area network infrastructure for real-time data entry and implementation of an enterprise resource planning . Greco graduated from the John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, GA in 2005 where he received recognition for his academic achievements in Contracts and Criminal Law classes. Mr. Greco completed his legal studies on a part-time basis over a 4 year period while working full-time and serving as father to two beautiful daughters, Sabrina and Lucia, and husband to his loving wife, addition to a Juris Doctor degree, in 1994 Mr. Greco earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Management from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Greco focused his studies in succession management at the executive level as well as the management dynamics in a family business environment. While completing the two year full-time program, Mr. Greco interned with the Pier One Corporation in the finance department helping transition the company's retail stores into a true cash management 1991, Mr. Greco received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance - Commercial Banking from Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe, LA.Mr. Greco is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Greco is a member of the Fayette County, GA Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. Mr. Greco is admitted to practice in all State and Superior Courts of Georgia as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia. Mr. Greco is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for Northern Georgia as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
