He's very well spoken and good hearted, a family man who cares about his clients not just his self. He wins it w true kindness. We hired Mr Tucker in November of 2021, he offered us a flat rate fee of $2500 , he filed paperwork and got us a court date December 2021. We attended court and got an emergency order signed , in January 2022 we asked him to file for termination of parental rights he asked for another $2500 . We paid... him and he never served the defendant never filed another paper , told us over and over he was serving the defendant by publication that never happened, said he filed asking the judge to sign off on service by publication, that never happened. Said he emailed the clerk for us a new court date that never happened.this drug on for over a year and no result. We asked for an itemized statement of his expenses he never sent one .claimed we used $5000 we gave him ! On what a few phone calls and a few filings? He then said he would need more money to go to juvenile court. We asked him to withdraw from the case , he didn't. We hired a new attorney and mr tucker kept every dime we gave him .we wasted a year of our time and lots of money to get the run around. Our new attorney is fixing this entire situation now. Be careful Mr Tucker comes off as professional then gets your money doesn't call you doesn't file what he says and uses the I was in court all day excuse for everything. Don't waste your time or money

I paid $3500 a s it is over 2 months later from when I paid him and I have yet to have a court date. I didn't get holiday visitation with my kids, which is what I initially hired him for. Was told I'd have a hearing January and no court date has been scheduled, no updates on my case, no motion has be...en filed for an appearance no on my case, and he doesn't seem to want to show me a bill or refund and claims he has spent hours on my case. However, no motions can be provided to me and now I have no money for a new lawyer. You can't make up lost time with no your kids. He sure was enjoying his time with his son this holiday though.

He got me for $1,806.00. I will never recommend him or use him again! It was a bankruptcy case, too. Never kept me informed on anything. Then he wanted $260.00 more dollars to reopen the case because it got closed. He let me know it got closed (because of his neglegence) 5 days later. He just wants y...our money. Your just a dollar to him.
