This review is inaccurate. Shane never terminated my services and his bankruptcy was brought to a successful conclusion. His bankruptcy was initially closed without a discharge because of his failure to follow my instructions and take the final credit counseling course. I reopened the case for him. The $260 was the court costs for reopening his case. I never charged him extra fees for that although I had every right to. I was doing everything in my power to help him.
