Megan was very thorough and reassuring throughout my extended divorce process. She advocated for me and my kids, with everything I needed, as well as for things I didn’t know I needed. I hired Megan Wallin to assist me with a divorce from my wife; we are a same sex couple and had a 1 year old child together. Although my name is on his birth certificate I didn’t have any legal rights to my son (since I didn’t carry) and Megan went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t lose him. She showed absolutely no fear as my ex-wife really went out of her way to paint me like I was a bad parent and a bad partner; but she believed every word I said. I hired Megan after talking with several Attorney’s. Megan was the only attorney that I talked to that believed this Step-Parent adoption and termination of rights could happen.
