I would recommend anyone to Pam Bettis that needs a compassionate honest attorney. She provided my family with the best advice even if it wasn't always what we wanted to hear. She always responded in a timely manner and when we needed her she reacted quickly. What I loved most about Pam was her co...mpassion for my son and the way she encouraged him and lifted up him throughout his entire ordeal. She believed in him and that means everything. Her legal assistant Kelly was also on top of her game and made me feel like I was important when I had a question.

From the first consultation with Ms. Bettis she gave us inaccurate information causing us to lose our case before we even got started! On more than one occasion she acted first and then asked our permission when we would never have OK'd it to begin with. She can't ever keep up with what she has said... (even when it is in an email for her to look back over), and often does the complete opposite of what she said she would do or what we asked her to do. Due to her incompetence, we got into a legal battle we never had a chance of winning because she told us multiple times we could win and gave us wrong information. Please don't waste your money on her, unless you plan on lots of frustration and money lost!
