I was facing huge fines (almost $10,000) for unpaid tolls. The actual tolls were $284, but due to fines and a missed court date I was facing some huge fines. My vehicle registration was also suspended. I was able to negotiate a rehearing with the court, and contacted Attorney April Lash who gathered ...all the details of my case and agreed to represent me. I contacted her very close to the court rehearing date so we had very little time (a little over a week) to get things done. The conclusion is she was able to negotiate a very favorable deal with the GA State Road and Tollway Authority Attorney. Included in the deal - My fines were 'Significantly' reduced, I got a convenient payment plan, my vehicle registration suspension was lifted, and we avoided going to court. All this and I wasn't charged an arm and a leg!! This was the most favorable outcome I could have imagined. Once again Thank You!!
