Rodd was hired to handle an aquaitance's case, expecting diligent and effective representation. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. Throughout the process, it felt like Rodd was not giving the case the attention it deserved. Despite the doubts, he reassured that he would handle it... and that the outcome would be what was desired. Responses were delayed, and there was a lack of proactive communication. I did not feel that m interests were adequately represented, and the outcome reflected this. Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided and his supposed professionalism. In my professional opinion, I would never recommend him to any of my friends or family regardless of the charge or situation. His written and verbal communication skills are non existent, his knowledge and effort of the law is non existent. I would have been better off representint myself. It was an absolute waste of money. Now that the case is being brought back to court due to his lack of effort he refuses to answer calls, ultimately resulting in me having to hire another lawyer for the same exact charge. Just don't do it...
