Thomas Michael Florio

I will be FOREVER grateful to Mr. Florio! I could write so much but will try to make it as short as possible. We hired him as a lawyer in November of 2019 when my son was arrested and charged with marijuana trafficking in Clayton County. Mr. Florio got him out on bond so he could return home to FL ...and work supporting himself and his family. 5 years have gone by since then. During that time, Mr. Florio worked tirelessly on my son’s behalf, staying in touch and keeping him updated on his case. Mr. Florio got his charges reduced down from a felony as this was his first offense. Then just a couple weeks ago, October of 2024, on Mr. Florio’s advice and guidance, my son took a plea deal to sit for 31 days then probation. It got even better when he was released early after only 6 days with other non violent offenders. He was able to return home to his family where he belongs. Mr. Florio TRULY cares! He cared that this was his first offense, he cared that my son made a mistake and had not been in trouble again, and he cared that he is the sole supporter of his family and needed to be home with them. He cared that my son is a good person and didnt need his life ruined because of this mistake and needed a second chance. Without Mr. Florio he could have been sentenced to 5 - 10 years which would have devastated his life and family. *Our whole family had never experienced anything like this before and needed the right guidance on what to do. I HONESTLY believe God knew my son needed Mr. Florio on his case. I don’t know what we would have done without him! If you need a lawyer who will truly listen to you and fight for you, you will not find a better one than Thomas Florio. (Also his office manager, Cindy, is great. She took the time on several occasions to just listen as she knew how concerned I was for my son. Whether she realizes it or not, her calming and caring voice helped me so much.) Again, I am forever thankful and grateful.

This is the type of person that you want representing you. I cant put into words how much I appreciate this man. I made a mistake back in 2019 but made a terrific decision in trusting him with my case to help get my life back on track and that’s exactly what he did for me. He was always there to answ...er my questions and be transparent about what was going on over the 5 years before being sentenced. He did everything he said he would to give me the best chance of getting me the best situation he could. And did exactly that. Even going into my probation period he is still there for me with any questions i might have. Everyone deserves a second chance but not everyone believes that but THOMAS FLORIO DOES. I get to watch my little girl grow up now i get to be the head of my household and provide and prove that second chances are worth giving to people.
