Attorney Murble Wright first asked to seller her personal account. Murble informed she couldn’t take a personal debit card. After receiving the Zelle in entirety she asked for additional filing fees. She informed us during what was supposed to be a complimentary consultation whether or not she was hi...red that the court order would be filed. Instead she disappeared a few days after receiving the money. Since this probate was an emergency matter other counsel was recommended. Once Murble was informed her services were no longer needed she took $1900 . Once the money was asked to be returned Murble said that days after she went to the court just to get some papers on the matter. For a file with a few papers and has she charged $1900. She completely took advantage of the situation . A complaint will be opened with the bar. The new attorney within minutes of receiving funds begin to work. Additionally filed a petition. The retainer was 50% less then Murble charged for no work..I would not recommend her to anyone..
