For more than 40 years we have provided a hands-on, personalized approach to serving both our corporate and individual clients in our community.
The Joyner Law Firm offers comprehensive legal advice and counsel. If you have a legal matter or problem I can offer you the best representation in Georgia.
Since the founding of our Firm by R. Edwin "Ed" Joyner in 1979, we have relied on client referrals as a means by which to grow and maintain our practice - nearly 100% of our business is generated through client and professional referrals. Our success in both counseling and representing our clients is evidenced by our continued growth.
Our approach to serving our clients is based on one simple concept: Treat others as we would wish to be treated. Addressing legal issues can be confusing, overwhelming, and frustrating - our goal is to minimize these feelings as much as possible through personalized and responsive service. We understand that each situation is unique and we are committed to addressing your issues in a professional and responsive manner with the specialized legal knowledge you require.
For more than 18 years Sean has provided criminal defense legal representation in courts throughout the State including those in Fayette, Pike, Spalding and Upson.
Prior to joining the Joyner Law Firm, Sean served as the Assistant Solicitor-General for the Clayton County Judicial Circuit.
He is admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Federal District Court of Northern Georgia, the Federal District Court of Appeals 11th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
