2. Get it fixed.
3. Call a real estate attorney to sue the previous owner for compensation.

I was in an accident in Florida, I received an FR judgment I 2005. I was wondering if bankruptcy will remove the FR Judgment.

There is no way to know without an attorney reviewing your case, but it probably can be discharged based on your info. Call a bankruptcy lawyer.

The Bankruptcy Stay (what you call sanction) only applies to your creditors, so you can sue someone, but it must be listed properly in your case,...
