Gabrielle Rene Molinary

Attorney Gabrielle Molinary fights daily to bring justice to Georgians who have been injured due to the negligence of others. She ensures that her clients are fairly treated on their road to recovery. Before becoming a personal injury attorney, Gabrielle sought redress for victims of crimes in her community by serving as an Assistant Solicitor-General in Cherokee County, Georgia. In this position, she gained years of courtroom, trial, and Appeals experience. Gabrielle has successfully won cases in both the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia. She obtained her Bachelor in Public Relations degree from the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication. Gabrielle graduated from Mercer University’s School of Law, and jointly earned a certificate in Legal Writing with her law degree. She served as the President of the Mercer Advocacy Council while in law school, overseeing all law school teams of Moot Court, Mock Trial, Client Counseling, and Negotiations.
