Medical Malpractice! I couldn't believe what happened to me. It was one of those cases no one wanted to touch. Too costly, too hard to prove. I contacted five different attorneys and Hait and Kuhn was the only firm who called me back. After telling my story to Lizz, she knew she had to do something. ...I was so relieved when she agreed to take my case. The more time that passed, the worse my situation became. She never gave up, even when I wanted to. She kept pushing forward. Most of the time I felt helpless and hopeless. She and her staff ( Ali, Deedee, Irena) were always there with their unwavering "don't worry, we've got your back." After three years, I finally have closure and a $1.125 million settlement. BANKRUPTCY CHAPTER 7

WE (my wife and me) WERE VERY HAPPY AND PLEASED FOR THE WAY WE WERE TREATED AT THE ATTORNEYS OFFICE. ATTY. HAIT AND HIS STAFF ALL WERE SO HELPFUL AND PROFESSINAL IN EVERY WAY. THEY SAW US THROUGH THE HARD TIMES WE HAD NOT UNDERSTANDING THINGS. THEY KEPT US UPDATED ON EVERYTHING. THE PRICE WE PAID... WAS VERY SATISFIED TO THE WALLET. WHEN WE WENT TO COURT WE WERE IN THERE BETWEEN 5 AND 10 MINUTES ONLY. EVERYTHING THAT WAS DONE WAS DONE IN A VERY TIMELY AND EFFICIENT WAY. THESE PEOPLE DO AND SAY WHAT THEY MEAN

I retained Hait, Eichelzer & Kuhn to handle my divorce. It was a very good expierence. I was very pleased with the instant response to questions by phone or emails. It took longer than I anticipated to settle, but I was told up front that it could take about a year. It was at no fault of theirs, be...tween the Sheriff's office dropping the ball at the beginning, the oppossing council taking all kinds of time off for one reason or another and various other delay tactics, we stood strong and reached a settlement. I was very comfortable with their invoicing policy. After the initial retainer I was only billed for the work completed each month. My bill was higher than I expected, but again, that was due to the oppossing council's motions, phone calls and emails. Their are circumstances that you do not have any control of. I found Alex to be very aware of all phases of my case. I first met him at the pretrial meeting where he filled in for Attorney Elizabeth Kuhn while she was out sick. He resolved many issues at this meeting. He also was at the final hearing and he did a fine job. He and the entire office are very honest and friendly. I will use Alex and Hait, Eichelzer & Kuhn again if need be.
