I filed chapter 13 on oct. 2nd and now wants out on the 7th of oct. Called the lawer and he has not responded how can i get out

Keep calling. If you paid him, he needs to work. He should file a Motion to Dismiss to get you out of the 13. Good luck to you!

Student loans are not discharged in bankruptcy, even if some of the balance was paid in the bankruptcy.

Can either myself or nephew also be POA on accounts when we are Co-trustees after his death?

Have a car thru a loan agency, dealer messed up, sent me a clear title before its paid off... does this mean i legally own it ?

No, the dealer made a mistake AND he has documents signed by you that you will be paying.

My bankruptcy has been confirmed however the second mortgage company cannot produce proper lien documents.
