Absolutely. This is no problem to file bankruptcy by one spouse and not the other

Yes the person can file bkcy but the bkcy trustee is not likely to overturn what the divorce judge ruled.

Did you file for probate? You need to do so if not and whomever is the executor (could be you) can look at all of the accounts
