In a Chapt 13 is there a rule that limits how far back they can go in time with their requests for me to produce documents?

Probably, it is always difficult to answer these questions without seeing the docs but with no equity you should be fine.

I don't see that the beneficiary's child can sue because the beneficiary is alive - potential is not a qualifier

If a living will was made in 1992 with a lawyer. Now being 2014 can the power of attorney change the will without notifying

If you surrendered the house in the bankruptcy you have no debt to short sale
