What is required to create a special needs trust? If a person is on SSI do they qualify regardless of the degree of disability?

I agree with Mr. Zelinger and believe you need a local (MA) attorney because this is a very tricky area that has to be done correctly

I agree with Mr. Valencia and perhaps you should speak to an estate planning attorney if you are not inclined to share the money with your spouse.
My uncle passed away without a Will or any heirs. The closet relatives are we nieces and nephews.

I agree with Mr. Strauss that the names and designations on the accounts is controlling. I'm sure a probate atty could help you with this

I agree with Ms. Santaella. They attorney cannot run the estate without you doing certain things and if you are unhappy with what you signed...
