Want to buy a tractor from seller. Has no title. Wants cash no check for amount--this sounds fishy? Any advice?

Not sure why you want to buy a tractor (do you mean lawn tractor or tractor trailer?) without a title if it is an on the road vehicle
Will irrevocable estate trust effect chapter 7 even if I have no income? What risk to file even name is removed from the trust.

An irrevocable trust of your parent is not going to affect you and Chap 7. Creditors will not go after your parents.
