If a credit card company gets a judgement, they cannot go after people in your family who have been helping you, can they?

The only people creditors can go after are the people who are actually on the account (signers and cosigners). Good luck to you!

I filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy in Jan. 2013. I did not write off any debt. I was injured in an accident the same year.

If the creditor did not file a proof of claim during your bankruptcy, they are not entitled to any of your settlement. Good luck to you!
