I don't see that your mother can reposses unless she is holding a note from you. You both though have access to the vehicle

I agree with both of the other attorneys and if you are just buying one share (or anytime) you need something in writing in case one must sell

The title should have come from the dealer to the next purchaser. You may be out of luck without a title.
