I lived in my house for 18 years and found myself owing more than the property was worth. I had to make the heartbreaking decision to give it up and Roger Ghai advised me to file chapter 7 bankruptcy. This turned out to be the best thing for me and so happy I followed his advice. He walked me through the steps and made everything so smooth and simple for me. Thanks to Mr. Ghai I went from being lost and petrified to in control of my finances again. I have been able to completely rebuild my credit in 3 years time. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for an experienced attorney.

Excellent Lawyer for a Satisfactory Settlement in Persoanl Injury Claims
A couple days after my motor vehicle accident, I consulted with Attorney Ghai, who assisted me with every aspect of my personal injury claim. Once I was discharged my my physician, and completed therapy with my chiropractor, Attorney Ghai expedited my claim against the liability insurance company and secured a satisfactory settlement for my injuries and damages. I would highly recommend Attorney Ghai to any person who is in need of an efficient lawyer to get the settlement you need.
